Palexpo is a short transfer from Geneva Airport. Hall 4 is straight through from the main entrance. Stand B6/a is signed from the main aisle.
What we are there to talk about
ZeePMT is an operations platform built specifically for EU Technical Assistance Facilities: the request-to-delivery workflow, expert mobilisation through competitive calls, structured monitoring and results reporting, and the GDPR governance that comes with handling expert profiles and public-sector data on European infrastructure.
The conversations we are most interested in at AidEx:
If you run a TA Facility or implement EU-funded programmes, we want to understand what is working in your current setup and what is not. Request management, expert rosters, reporting to donors, coordination across partner institutions: the specifics differ, but the structural problems are often the same.
If you manage expert mobilisation for humanitarian or development programmes, the ZeePMT roster and call-for-expertise model was built for structured, auditable processes: a governed private pool where shortlisting decisions are documented and assignment flows from selection.
If you are thinking about accountability and donor reporting, we can walk through how ZeePMT connects operational records to reporting outputs, so the end-of-period report is generated from what was recorded as it happened rather than assembled by hand.
