AidEx Geneva is over for another year. If you were not at Palexpo last week — or you were there but our paths did not cross — this post is for you.
The conversations we went to have
We did not go to AidEx to demonstrate software to a general audience. We went to talk with people who are managing the operational reality of technical assistance: the coordination of expert knowledge across partner institutions, the accountability that programme funders require, the reporting burden that accumulates at the end of every cycle.
The sector-level framing at this year's event — Beyond Delivering "More with Less" — resonated with what we hear from people managing facilities. The demand on TA programmes has grown. The administrative structures underneath them have often not kept pace. The result is that the people who are most capable of doing the substantive work spend a disproportionate amount of their time on coordination, documentation and reconstruction.
That is the operational problem ZeePMT was built to address: connecting the request, the programme, the expert mobilisation, and the reporting in a single structured record system so that accountability is a structural property of how work is managed, not an extra task that happens afterward.
What we are ready to talk through
Whether you attended AidEx or not, we are happy to get into the specifics with anyone who is working on these problems:
- TA facility operations: the full request-to-delivery workflow and what it looks like when it is structured from the start
- Expert mobilisation: how competitive calls, a governed private roster, and documented shortlisting fit together in practice
- Monitoring and reporting: how indicators connected to live operational data change the end-of-period reporting effort
- GDPR and European hosting: what the governance requirements look like in practice for a platform handling expert profiles and public funds
- Platform comparisons: where ZeePMT fits and where it does not, relative to the tools currently in use
These are conversations worth having in the right format. A short call, a structured demonstration, a session with the people who will actually use the platform — whatever is most useful for where you are.
How to reach us
Use the contact form on our website or the booking form on our AidEx exhibitor page — it will still route to us after the event.
If you spoke with someone at the stand and want to continue that conversation specifically, please mention it in your message. We will make sure it goes to the right person.
The bottom line
The operational problems that slow down a TA facility are structural, not specific to any one programme or implementing organisation. The question is whether the platform underneath the operation is designed to address them — or whether the team is managing around it.
If you are asking that question about your own setup, we are ready to have that conversation.
