We will be on the exhibition floor at Palexpo, Geneva, on 21 and 22 October 2026. You will find us at stand B6/a, alongside the rest of the world's leading humanitarian aid and international development community.
If you run a Technical Assistance Facility, implement EU-funded programmes, work in expert mobilisation, or manage results-based reporting for a donor — AidEx is the most concentrated room in the sector. We want to use it to talk through the operational reality of running a facility: not a product pitch, but a genuine conversation about what works and what doesn't.
Why AidEx
AidEx brings together more than 3,400 professionals from over 90 countries — UN agencies, Red Cross and Red Crescent societies, local and international NGOs, implementing agencies, donors and development finance institutions. This year's theme, Beyond Delivering "More with Less" — Leveraging Innovation, Partnerships and New Financing Models to Transform Humanitarian Delivery, sits squarely in the territory ZeePMT was built for.
The funding pressures the sector is navigating are not primarily a technology problem. But fragmented operations — requests scattered across inboxes, expertise rebuilt from scratch each cycle, reporting assembled by hand — do make an already difficult environment harder than it needs to be. A platform that connects those pieces is not a luxury; it is the operational baseline that makes serious scale achievable.
What we will be talking about
At the stand and in conversation at the event, we are happy to go into detail on any of the following:
- TA request management — from submission and approval through programming, delivery and closure, with every decision recorded as it happens
- Expert mobilisation — competitive calls for expertise, a reusable structured roster, documented shortlisting, and assignment that flows directly from selection without re-keying anything
- Results-based reporting — indicators connected to live operational data, so a donor-ready report is generated from structured records rather than assembled by hand at the end of a cycle
- European hosting and GDPR governance — what it means in practice for a public-sector platform handling expert profiles, institutional data and public funds
- The comparison question — how ZeePMT sits relative to generic project tools and sector M&E platforms, and where the gaps are that neither fills
We will have people at the stand who have worked on TA operations directly, so the conversations can be concrete rather than general.

The bottom line
The operational problems that slow down a facility — fragmented requests, rebuilt expert rosters, reconstructed reports — are well understood. The question at AidEx will be how the sector addresses them at scale. We are there to be part of that conversation, not just to occupy a stand.
If you are attending and would like to arrange a time to talk, reach us through our exhibitor page or simply drop by stand B6/a. We look forward to it.
